Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are dispatched from Foshan, China.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched by air freight within 14 days after confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days after delivery. Items must be unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and returned through the original payment method.
Is a size or colour exchange free?
Each order includes one free size or colour exchange. For exchanges requested for personal reasons, the customer covers subsequent shipping costs.
