Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at contact@zozoforest.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For returns requested for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or an unsuitable size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly sent, or does not match the order, ZOZOFOREST will cover the related return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly sent, or does not match your order. We will review the issue and work with you on a solution.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 15 days after delivery. Each order includes one free size or colour exchange.

For exchanges caused by a quality issue or an incorrect item, ZOZOFOREST covers the related shipping costs. For exchanges requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for subsequent shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund. For any refund question, contact contact@zozoforest.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags attached.
